Humans of the Future

Three weeks ago, I delivered the keynote at a tech industry summit on: Humans of the Future – Thriving in the Age of AI.

It all came about through Symmetry.inc’s work on navigating the frantic and confused shift away from organisations designed as command-and-control machines* and towards fast moving intelligent organisms.

This is without a doubt the most exciting opportunity in the history of human work. Just think of the mental health impact of giving people autonomy and rewarding leaders for helping each team member find meaning and purpose in their daily work. These are vital ingredients in transformation, performance and speed.
